This advanced course on corporate communication across cultures uses and builds on the vocabulary and concepts introduced in the Basic Competences course.
This course focuses on internal corporate communication (leadership, giving assignments, reporting, meeting dynamics, corporate presentations, corporate values) and external corporate communication (the role of the headquarters across cultures, cross-cultural branding, customer relations).
Each session starts with a brief introduction after which you will watch a video presentation with pictures or text and audio narration (Giving assignments, prioritizing, reporting, feedback (6:30'); Meetings (4:11'); Corporate values, HQ, presentations, branding (5:03'); Customer relations (4:18').
At the end of the course, you will make an assignment and you will assess concrete situations you encounter in your corporate interactions.
