This advanced course on corporate cooperation across cultures uses and builds on the vocabulary and concepts introduced in the Basic Competences course.
The topics discussed in this advanced course are: working across systemic differences, leadership and goal-setting across cultures, organization, time and planning, Human Resources Management, training methods, long distance cooperation, and Project Management across cultures.
Each session starts with a brief introduction after which you will watch a video presentation with pictures or text and audio narration: Leadership and goal-setting (5:23'); Organization, Time and Planning (6:44'); Human Resources Management, training methods (7:03'); Long-distance cooperation, and Project Management (3:04').
At the end of the course, you will make an assignment. You will assess concrete situations you encounter in your cross-cultural corporate cooperation.
